I came to Chalet following a recommendation from Northwestern Hospital to manage my health challenges. The wound care I’ve received here has been very effective. I’m pleased with the overall care, especially the efforts of the outstanding administrative staff, compared to other facilities I’ve experienced. The nursing care and the CNAs have also been commendable. Another standout staff member for me has been my social worker, Nicole. She’s been exceptional in her role.
The environment here is also very welcoming, with well-laid-out child floors in the lobby, pleasing tiling, and wall decorations that create a comfortable setting. An added personal benefit for me is Josh, the assistant administrator, who helps with my dietary needs as an Indian vegetarian and stores food ordered from nearby restaurants. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Chalet to friends or family!

After experiencing a stroke, I found myself in need of intensive rehabilitation to regain my strength, which led to my admission to Chalet through the efforts of a social worker at RUSH.
My experience at Chalet has been transformative. The therapy was helpful; they provided me with a different walker, significantly improving my mobility.
